Guarantees

Refill Policy
Accounts already possessing over 100,000 followers, likes, or views before placing an order are not eligible for refill protection, even if a refill service is purchased. This is due to the difficulty in accurately determining the source of follower, like, or view losses.
If you wish to refund your remaining balance, you may request a refund to your original payment method at any time. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 weeks; however, the timing for the money to reach your card or bank account will depend on your local bank or card company.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Filing a dispute or chargeback against us without a valid reason may result in the termination of all future orders and a ban from our site. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes delivered to your or your client’s social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
Orders placed with Just Real SMM can be refunded or canceled if requested by the customer. Non-deliverable orders will receive a refund credit to your Just Real SMM account.
Orders for accounts that are set to private or are misplaced will not qualify for a refund. Please ensure each order is correct before placing it.
Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Service Usage
Do not use more than one server at the same time for the same social media page. If you do, we cannot guarantee the correct number of followers or likes, and such orders will not be eligible for a refund.
